In the rematch of what was a hard fought 1-1 tie a week and a half ago, CC came out of the gates with determination to prove that the first match was not a fluke against the number one ranked team in Massachusetts.       CC took the lead this time on an indirect free kick from 15yds out.    Lucy Atwood moved the ball slightly and teed it up for Kathryn Ruediger who buried a shot in the lower left hand corner to give the Patriots the lead.   Goalie, Hope Lefebvre make a fantastic save and came out aggressively to stifle several Newton South opportunities.  In the second half, Newton South threw everything they had at the Patriots and equalized the score on a shot from the right side that caught the far post and went in.      CC's defense held off a strong Newton South effort get the go ahead goal.    In the last 10 minutes CC regained their composure and had several chances near the end of the game.

The back line of Courtney Sepucha, Kathryn Ruediger, Fallon Vaughn, Charlotte Walker along with Goalie, Hope Lefebvre, have been rock solid for the Patriots.   The team has
only conceded 5 goals the entire season, the lowest in the DCL.     The team stands at 10-0-2.   The team has 5 regular season games left including 3 DCL Large games that will determine the DCL Champion.
