Summer soccer training opportunities for returning CCHS girls soccer player or an incoming 9th graders
– https://slocumsoccerschool.com/high-school-prep – Designed to progressively build fitness and soccer skills in preparation for the fall season, this 8-week program is runs on Monday and Wednesday evenings from June 12 until August 2 at Concord Academy’s Moriarty Sports Complex (off of Route 2). Founded by Assistant Varsity Coach Nancy Slocum over 10 years ago, the program is run by Kate Grant (former LS Varsity Coach) and Caitlin Pickul (Wellesley College Head Coach) and features an ACL injury prevention program, specialized goalkeeper training and guest appearances by college soccer coaches. Incoming 9th graders are also eligible to participate in Slocum Day Camp August 7-11 and receive a discount for signing up for both programs.
Monday-Thursday nights, 5-8pm
August 15th – 18th. The fitness test conducted during preseason will be run through during this time. Results for those meeting the varsity standards will be counted for tryouts. www.targetsocceracademy.com
