There are a number of opportunities for summer training.
CCHS has an summer league team that starts in June and runs through early August.
Nancy Sloclum, Assistant coach at CC offers a summer prep program on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Players are encouraged to attend this as it helps prepare players for fall tryouts.

Players are also encouraged to attend the one week prep clinic offered through Target Soccer Academy which occurs the week before preseason from 5-7pm.
For players who are away during the summer it is important to train. The attached document is a 10 week training program that will help you train over the summer so that you are well prepared for tryouts in August.
The document summertrainingplan.docx was attached to this post.
Our goal is to provide a positive student centered environment for student athletes to grow as players and people and share a positive experience that will stay with them their entire life. We emphasize a commitment to excellence on and off the field and stress the need to practice and prepare properly. We provide student athletes with life-long lessons in sportsmanship, teamwork, ethical behavior, perseverance, commitment, loyalty, self-discipline, accomplishment, cooperation, healthy living, responsibility, and leadership skills. Playing a high school sport should be one of the most positive experiences one has as a teenager. We strive to make that a reality for each and every athlete that participates in the Women’s Soccer program at CCHS.
